So the day before going in for my my caesarean I weighed in at around 135kgs. That's roughly about 55kgs more than on my wedding day (16months prior). I've lost about 30kgs of that now, 18 months since the birth of my daughter.

I'm loving feeling better, having more energy and doing things with my daughter. I love the lifestyle.

But I know every-time I reach my goal I jeopardise it. I'll have a piece of cake, it ends up in binge eating. I reasssure myself I'll be better tomorrow, but I'm not. Before I realise I'm back into bad habits and on route to an ugly place. In fact. I don't realise until I'm at the ugly place already.

I'll definitely get a dietitian when I fall
pregnant again... but for the average day, once I've reached my goal, what do you do to keep the weight down? I don't want to go through this AGAIN. It'll be the third time.... and instead of enjoying life I'm so hyper-focussed on my weight.
