I've been on numerous diet plans, and I've even been on diet pills before. Nothing has really worked because I've never committed to making that lifestyle change that has to happen.
I chose Weight Watchers Points because a number of my friends were already doing it! Making it easier to learn tips & tricks. I like it so far because it rewards you for making good choices (high in dietary fiber!) or shows you the error of your ways when you make poor choices (McDonald's for breakfast, anyone?)
Looking forward to slowly (but steadily) changing my life.
