5'3" long time vegetarian living in the Bay Area, California with my significant other and our 12 year old son. I am 50! I have used almost all of the calorie tracker apps out there at one point or another and then got burned out. I also got lazy and was not accurate with my tracking in the past (would track and then eat and not track).
I walk when I can and take yoga twice a week sometimes 3X a week.
The support has been awesome and I love this community. Once I get to my goal weight, I may have another goal weight and then maintain but one step at a time.
