I've struggled with weight all my life. In high-school and college I managed it by working out and getting very physical jobs in the summer, but every fall the pounds would creep back on. As a computer programmer, I sit for many hours a day. Once in the last 15 years I did something about it, I started working out and reduced my intake to near starvation. The pounds came off again for a while, but then about 7 years ago they started adding back on again. Now at 360+ (my scale doesn't go any higher), it is time to get my house in order and here is a record of my journey.
When I find what works at keeping weight off, I'll share it. Until then it's just my journey.
