Well let's see...growing up I always had weight to lose. I struggled with my weight since I was roughly 10 years old and tried losing it by going to different gyms, eating healthier, etc. Finally in 2006 I decided I was going to try Weight Watchers so I did the program, loved it and eventually became a Lifetime member.
A Lifetime member means you never have to pay again as long as you weigh in once per month and stay within 2lbs of your goal weight. I fell off track, as many of us do so easily, and gained a bit more than necessary back. I then decided to re-join Weight Watchers with a friend in February of 2010 and lost the weight necessary to achieve my Lifetime status once again!
I continue to go to weekly meetings because I do believe that accountability is the key to success and I recently (within the past few months) went through Leader training in order to hold my own meetings. More recently even I started up my own At-Work program in an office close to mine. I'm hoping that it will go well and that I will be able to help others with their weight loss :)
