Trying to figure out my daily caloric breakdown fats/ carbs/ proteins... I am not too far off my goal, however I have been steadily rising in weight for the past 5 years after getting down to almost 20 % body fat. Now, not even close. Weight control has been a struggle for my extended family and it is pretty easy for me to put on. So this is part of my attempt at constant vigilance. Now if I didn't love cookies so much...
