It's been a while since I checked into my journal or recorded my weight. I have resolved to be more consistent with my record keeping (Happy New Year!:-)) However just because it wasn't written didn't mean it didn't happen. I am down 45 pounds since October 27th. I have had many challenges that included life events and emotions that normally cause me to over eat. I am so pleased that I have been able to stay focused and committed to my weight loss and lifestyle change. As a result my family has implemented a family fitness night where a number of us sisters brothers neices and nephews and a couple cousins come together and excercise and bring healthy snacks. That alone has been a major reward for the effort I am putting into this.

I have reached the 250's and I am so excited. The plan is working for me. I am starting to reach weights I havent seen in years. I feel great I am headed to the gym for my Saturday work out. Cardio and full bodystrenghthening with the weights.
