I am very goal directed. Evidently because for the last 15 years I have added 5 pounds a year. Now after 15 years of not putting the right things in my body, I want to take some action.
I have been a member since August 16, 2011. You would think that I would have reached my goal by now. I stopped using this site for a while and my weight started to climb. Now I am back and have changed things up a bit. I have added exercise to the life style change. I don't exercise that much (about 6 hours a week). I have found that the exercise portion changes my mental outlook for the better.
