eating because im bored!
yeah that did happen to me, I got a small pack of candy, 80 calories, and let it melt in my mouth, like gummy bears. then I got some pretzels, small pack, 100 calories, and ate it VERY slowly, to kill the boredom, also I found that walking helps kill boredom too, or pacing around.

The whole idea that saturated fat is bad for you is a myth. I think the fats that are dangerous are HYDROGENATED OILS, Transfats, which are the same thing. Vegetable oils contain TOO MUCH omega 6, as compared to omega 3. Ideally, butter is actually healthier for you than margarine and vegetable oil. Fish oil is the best, and almonds, nuts, are good sources of fat.
