I am a mom of 5 and after having baby #5 I am the heaviest I have ever been. I am also short so the weight doesn't sit well on me and it's hard finding clothes that don't make me look like I'm pregnant again.
While I can't do too much too fast since I am breastfeeding I want to at least watch what I eat. I decided to really get at losing weight when my baby girl was 8 month and because of some of the food I was eating to increase my milk supply (like my 3 morning lactation cookies) I had gained 5 pounds.
It is also hard to be active with 5 kids and I work at home running a website ( TheFrugalNavyWife.com) my work requires me to sit down a lot. So I'm hoping keeping myself accountable and watching what I eat will help me slowly lose weight until I am able to really cut back after baby girl is weaned!
