I haven't been here in a long time, but I'm still on my healthy track. Its so funny how this became a diet but changed into a lifestyle change. My family still eats what they eat and I cook for them. I still make my meals separate and even find it easier to just prep my food for lunch and dinner. I usually have a meal replacement shake for breakfast. I've been slacking off on exercising, but I do try to get in at least 30 minutes. Just wanted to stop by and say hello and keep up the good work!

Trying 310 shakes once a day and s reasonable lunch and dinner and we can't forget exercise! I don't want to lose any more weight since my family would probably have an intervention for me! LOL! I think I'll start exercising with weights since I really want to tone and gain some muscled and firm up a little. Stay strong everybody and seat healthy!

I think that's just water weight I lost and it will be back tomorrow. I'm comfortable at my 148. Still here maintaining and eating right. I still try to exercise everyday for 30 min, but I'm getting a little bored. I loved when I did a challenge from the internet and even won $50, but I kind of feel lost on what I should be doing or focusing on. I was thinking about purchasing another challenge where they provide exercise routines, a food list and guide for 28 days. There's a reward but I think I'm tired of buying since I think I already know what to do. It just feels great when you have support and a bunch of ladies you can talk with, post pics and encourage.
