Wow... well updating ... I am exercising in the pool..my hip, back and side hurt. My Gastro doctor is doing more tests and has taken two more foods away from me because they are causing me discomfort and bloating.... really!! My food list is small as it is... this is getting laughable! Actually it isn't to bad no migraine today... so this woman is a very happy person :) I did swim in the pool and with the summer heat it is the only thing saving my bacon. I recently had another binge eating day... all allowed foods though. I think it may have been sparked by to much sugar.. so I will watch that in the future. :)

I have been reading about how to mix the different types of gluten free flours to make a good all purpose mix to keep on my counter top so I can cook hassle free. I am also researching on how to store the extra four. It is expensive to eat this way. I hope my Doctors are right because going threw this has been a difficult journey and I am only on day 17.... but this is going to be for the rest of my life, I have been told. I made gluten and dairy free pumpkin (crust free) little pies... and they were super sweet...next time I will leave out the sugar or at least cut down the sugar. I also made my first spinach tortillas today and they taste like crackers, not to bad. :) It will be a process.
