Hello all,

My name is Caleb and I'm a 23 year old finishing up my bachelors in Psychology with a minor in music and EMT-B certification and I work at our funeral home in town. I am heavily involved in my campus' Christian ministry, Chi Alpha, and I love Jesus!

I was just praising through Google curiously looking up nutrition facts for the meal I made today for a late afternoon meal, white rice (3 cups dry) with stir fry zucchini (4 large) and onion (2 1/2) with lots of soy sauce. Anyway, I'm still eating it seven hours later. I have a present fitness/nutrition goal in this season to weigh in at 210 by the end of Winter Quarter, March 16, 2018. I currently weight 195ish so that's 15lbs to gain. My weight tends to fluctuate daily about five pounds so my daily weigh ins might not be the most accurate to what is actually happening, but because I really struggle with consistency over time, I'll do my best to just weigh in daily and post here. In doing this, I won't go a week and forget.

I look forward to embarking on this journey with y'all! Also @TryingtoImprove, your last post was inspiring to me. Keep it up this time. :) We all fall off the train or get knocked down from time to time, but it's what we choose to do with ourselves once we get back up that matters. Way to go getting back up and keeping on with your desire to grow healthy. You've got this!!
