what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
Right now I'm looking at 145 lbs. If (when) I reach that I'll see how I feel and if I want to go lower. But not lower than 135 at my age (67).

Restarting Atkins
So now there's three of us in the same boat! I did great on Atkins last spring, but somehow I got back on the carb wagon, and evening "toddies" which was my downfall. So, today is the start of induction again - now I'm looking forward to all those recipes I never tried, and the challenge!

Induction weight loss - what to expect?
Read all you can - I have the old book, the new book, visit the website often, etc. I started out at 170 lbs. and started induction on Jan. 2 - so far I'm down 7 lbs and hovering the last 3 days at the same weight, but that's okay. I also have 20 lbs or so to lose. I took a "before" picture today - geez, I didn't realize what my side view looked like, or I just ignore it. I can't want till I can take an "after" pic! Good luck on your journey , and read! You'll love Atkins - I've found so many yummy recipes!
