Not sure if you figured it out by now, but click on the my fat secret tab. Then the plate. Next Young should see a settings gear located to the left, click it. Scroll all the way down & you will see "net carbs".

Exercise for arthritis and fused spine?
Callanetics is a very low impact exercise program. I'm not too sure about the newer versions but I've heard/seen very good toning results from the older video.
