I am a mental health therapist, currently also an injured triathlete (but healing). I am currently into daily hiking adventures with my dogs, yoga twice a week and recently back into the gym (spinning). I am back into occasional roadbiking and walk/running on the trails, and will be back to the pool when it re-opens.
I'm wanting to get back to my slim, fit shape. I usually fast one day a week now, and IF throughout the week days. Intermittent Fasting has become away of living, for me, with usually (one meal a day) OMAD. My husband has also joined the IF way of being and we enjoy making new dishes. I dabbled with Keto but have diversified and moved back to whole healthy eating.
I really believe IF is the way for me and my metabolism. The weight loss is slow but coming off. I love reading your stories and you all our an inspiration to me. Thank you!
