Once upon another life, I was always around 185lbs... then I got older.. had injuries.. got lazy.
I was at 222 a couple weeks ago and decided that it had gone too far, I didn't like what I saw.
Trying to mix up both weights and cardio.. build some muscle and lose what I can otherwise.
Hoping to settle in around 195lbs- but we'll see. Breaking 200 will be huge.
