I am growing older and finding I am no longer happy with how I look in the mirror. I want to enjoy my "older" years.

I recently (Aug 24), made a quick escape from being deli manager. Between the strain on body and mind, I was coming undone. Since I have been working with a friend with his business, I feel like I am on a rollercoaster. Stress wise, I am in a much better place, body not so much.

I really want to get healthier and stronger. I have broken my goals down into smaller less intimidating chunks. The reward? A happier, healthier me.

And I look forward to the interactions with those here. You all are an inspiration.
