half gone...on period as well so probably will all be gone soon hopefully. making a solid food plan today before i start my day...i need to start making sure im under 1500 calories a day. i just dont see the results i want qhen im eating 1700-1800....even with working out a lot. sadly.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Planing is so important!! Planning out my meals is the only way I can keep track of macros and cals. I’d go wayyyy over if I didn’t. I’m aiming for 1200 a day

I mostly pretrack what I’m gonna eat. If anything changes I just adjust... nothing better than a clear plan, at least for me
