On an 8 inch plate I know doesn’t look good but I want to loose weight

There's nothing wrong with the way that looks! It looks just like the meals I eat. It can't look like the meals we used to eat...because, if it did, we'd be right back where we started. Right?

I think it looks fine portion size has been a big learning curve for me!
