Where's the gravy? With pork and potatoes there must be gravy! What's the point of pork if not for the gravy? How can you eat potatoes without gravy?

This is low carb for me but at 48 carbs for this meal, it's still the highest macro. :P

Hahaha, Lzenn you sound like my wife's co-worker who puts ketchup on everything, lol! No gravy but they were still slathered with something, idk what but it was delicious.

I had a plum afterward. Girls, this is my weekly cheat. I'll be back to pizza, ice cream, tortillas, pop-tarts etc on my next meal, promise. :P

So you do eat food occasionally. There are those here who think the only healthy thing you put in your body are vitamins. Silly silly buggers. :)

I hope you're treating these foods like snacks and only occasional choices. Next thing you know you'll be posting pictures of cooked beets...nobody needs to see such horror.....it could trigger people binging on beets or beet greens......

I make a banana, grapefruit and kale smoothie that just about everyone on the planet besides me abhors. I think it tastes like tart ice cream. I love it. I can't convince anyone else that a kale smoothie is actually a treat.
