I had Day surgery on Thursday. Everything went well. I'm so glad to have this behind me. I've had some difficulties with general anesthesia in the past, so it just causes me to fret beforehand. Then there's the whole thing about being ouched.
I'm back to counting carbs again.
For me, <20 carbs per day is the most effective WOE. My diabetes is controlled and the cravings will go away once I purge my system of sugar. It'll take about 3 weeks...so buckle up Sarah...it's time to pay the fiddler.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
