Happy with my TOPS weigh-in! Returned a week ago from an Alaskan cruise; had a wonderful time.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We have done ALASKA --- Was awesome I am sure. We are hooked on NORWEIGIN CRUISE LINE and a balcony. Have done it twice ... next time going to do land and water. Gota pay for the last years first. Every other year is a bid vacation. This year a short cruise out of Galveston. Cheaper as can drive there - and save the flying time. YOU ROCK to drop 3.8 on the return of a cruise.
