My big church festival is over Memorial Day weekend. I am the chairperson for the hamburger/hot dog booth. I've got all my volunteers lined up, so the hard part is done. This is a family festival and there isn't any alcohol sold. It's a great way for our community to come together and kick off summer. I'll admit I'm a little nervous but then that's who I am. I'm not really a manager, I'm a really good worker bee. I know my shortcomings. I have my family members lined up for lots of the time so I am hoping to share quality time with them. Wish me luck. As for my eating, I bring my own. No malasadas for this low carb gal.
