So close to the 80's! I haven't seen that number in a few years. 😁
190.4 lb Lost so far: 69.6 lb.    Still to go: 70.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! Well done If I went back to my 80s weight I'd have another 63lbs to go!! What an achievement 👍👍

Thank you! A healthy weight for me would be 110-144 lbs according to the bmi chart but I want to at least get to 144 and see how I feel from there. I'm not sure what my goal weight is yet.
