I had a great weigh-in at TOPS. I was weekly best loser and my journal was pulled for free dues next week. :)
206.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am so excited for you. I know you've had weeks when you were discouraged. But you are doing fantastically. Keep on going... even if you are not the top loser every week, as long as the trend is downward, you're a diet hero!

Thank you HM and HCB your support is appreciated. Went out to eat with husband afterward. I really didn't enjoy the Chili Mac Supreme. After see the calories in it; their another good reason not to eat it again. Thanks again!

Way to go to lose! You are doing wonderful, plus you are a wonderful person! We have such fun at TOPS. It was a "no gain" night for all of us - lead by you!!
