My weight hasn't budged; as we say at TOPS "If it's to be it's up to me" I need to do some healthy snacking and no late night snacking. Have to try harder this week.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hellp there, sometimes I'll do all the "right" things and my weight just stays the same for WEEKS, and then all the sudden, I see a significant drop. Then sometimes I do all the "wrong" things and poof-immediate drop. And then vice-versa. It's a crap shoot over here, lol! You never know what the hell's gonna happen...I know for me, I had to cut out the snacking entirely, even healthy stuff, it's like a flood gate, it's horrible. I try to stick to my main meals. I also found that say I put in a realllly good week of eating healthy, my metabolism starts dragging. So, I'll eat a meal or two that is much higher calorie and fat and a lot of times, and more than likely,it kickstarts my metabolism again. That scale WILL move, it simply will. :-) Hang in there.

For me, I have found that low carb (20 g) helps to get things moving downward again. Good luck.

Thank you for your suggestion FrankieBluEyes. Would like to lower my carbs a little. Know (20g) of carbs will never happen; love my pasta, pie and chips. Pie would be easiest to cut out and possible cut down on chips.
