I was thrilled 2 weeks since my last weigh-in at TOPS and I lost 1.6lbs. That's after celebrating our anniversary and our birthdays. I put my loss this week to drinking pomegranate, water and vinegar at breakfast. Will keep drinking that and add exercising at least 3 days out of the week. Adding exercise I should do better.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
