-1 from my new mini goal of -19.
On Friday I shopped in my closet and fit into the size 16 pants. Couldn't believe it. The real glory of my closet is that the pants are already hemmed for me. Then went shopping at the mall and bought 2 new shirts size 1X. So exciting. It's time to check my measurements this week.

I stuck to my plan this week and survived the weekend. ill have meatloaf made with beef tonight for dinner, then back to fish and chicken only. I know I need to move more. I'm just not motivated. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. I need to go to bed before 11:00 PM so when I get up at 7:00 I feel refreshed. Push myself out the door and walk for an hour. Okay, there, I said it. I don't know why I resist moving so much. I get so pumped up when I walk 2 miles in 1 hour. I'm only cheating myself from having quality of life.

i to have the same problem..i have to push myslf out the door to get my rides in..but once they are over..im glad i went...
