Had a good weigh-in at TOPS tonight. Best loser for this week with a 2.8lb. loss, also was installed as secretary for our TOPS chapter tonight. Thank goodness I don't have to type minutes (LOL). Need to loss next week to open & keep gift for best loser.
217.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1637 kcal Fat: 54.23g | Prot: 35.56g | Carb: 259.08g.   Breakfast: Frozen Peach Unsweetened, Fit & Active Plain Nonfat Yogurt, Water. Lunch: Chiquita Banana, Tap Water, Hardee's Biscuits 'N' Gravy. Dinner: Water, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Burger King Whopper Jr. Sandwich, Burger King French Fries (Small). Snacks/Other: Yahoo Candy Mini Bars, Sweet Harvest Strawberry Applesauce, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix, Southern Grove Soutern Grove Pitted prunes. more...
