Oh well. Struggled some this week. 😁
My goal this week is to eat fish or chicken, no beef. And maintain < 20 net carbs all week.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

super! I'm also trying to just stick to fish or chicken. I overdid it with red meat over the weekend and can tell I am sluggish and no loss.

Sarah say, "I doing this for myself" and you'll do fine. It may take a little longer, but you're going to reach your goal. I can do the fish and chicken no beef, but the carbs are my downfall.
