It wasn't a loss; weight stayed the same. No TOPS meeting on Monday, because it's 4th of July. Double fines for a gain at next meeting July 11, 20016. I'm determined to weigh in on the 11th with a loss.
219.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 69.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
