Didn't have a good weigh in at TOPS tonight gained a pound. I have to go back to exercising to my swing CD. Bought a Pedal cycle at a garage sale but need instructions to program it; going to call the manufacturer to get them.

Thanks for your support. I wasn't able to get any instruction on the pedal cycle. I'm going to use anyway, the built-in pedometer doesn't work and won't know how calories I burned. At least I'll be getting the exercise.
