This was a hard week for me. I seem to have lost my ummph.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

We all have times like that - just stay on plan and things will feel different after a while.

Sometimes I feel like I am stuck in a rut, those are the times I do a little extra for myself. Pampering with a manicure and/or pedicure. A new blouse, or entire outfit. Those things go a long way towards making you feel sexy and pretty, feeling that way energizes and motivates you and gives you the ummph to continue going.

This is one of the reasons why you want to write down your real motivation for improving or getting to that better deal if you haven't done that already you should do that now because we all have bad weeks and you can't let your life yet pushed out of whack because your bathroom scales don't know how to behave

We all have those weeks, but this week will be better. Everyone is sending encouragement. What blkbear says hits the nail on the head; none of us should let that bathroom scale push our lives out of whack.

It's easy for us to get in a slump. Give yourself a day to reflect and get back into it... Oh I just read your last entry.. it looks like you did!! Good for you..
