I'm so cranky lately. I feel like one of the little old ladies I never wanted to be. Yesterday at church there was an overflow of participants and I was irrated b/c my regular seat wasn't available. Oh brother.
The reason I'm cranky is bc I can't go to the bathroom like normal people. I get that it has to do with what I eat. I just don't like how it feels. So Sunday morning I had fiber one with milk. I love that tree bark, but it left me craving stuff all day. It ultimately did what I hoped for, but later on...the dam broke...there's just no describing that scene. I've been working so hard since Jan 4 th and have had so much success with the diet...I'm just tired of being in constant pain and afraid to leave the house b/c of bathroom habits.
Rainy days and Monday's always get me down...think I'll have a pity party for myself today and then just move on.

On a positive note, I promised myself a big piece of carrot cake with milk if I didn't lose any weight this week. So happy I don't have to deal with that bloated, over full feeling today. Lol

My hubby uses psyllium husks to help with that, all natural.

I am intrigued by your reward system. You get cake if you don't lose weight and then you are happy not to have to eat the cake! Maybe I need to reverse my way of thinking... :)

Wow, carrot cake with milk! Did it look like my avatar? That is pretty brave there. Hey you have to spurge sometimes. I bet it was good!

Nice loss! Magnesium tablets sometimes help when taken nighty as routine.
