Had a good weigh in at TOPS; lost 1.2Lbs. Then went to eat at Long John Silver, suffer heat burn from to much fat at night.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 74.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice loss DMZur.. especially nice because you were able to do it during a holiday. Keep it going!! I also wanted to send wellness wishes your way and hope the heart burn was a temporary thing and you are feeling better today.

ptgrand, Thank you for you comments I'm happy with the loss and I and the heat burn is gone. Get it when I eat anything that's to grease, but LJS was my choice. My husband isn't a fan; he doesn't like crunchy fish or chicken.

Thank u I am!! Have a long day taking FIL to two eye dr appointments today. Ugh... Lol. Oh well get it over with. I have my two meals to take with me so that's done and I did my workout early today :-)
