I was happy with my weigh in at TOPS; lost .8lb. I was worried was over my calories 3 days this week and very close to my limit the rest of the week. A small loss is better than a gain.

Keep it up - sounds like you are doing good. I never tell people what to do, but if I may make a suggestion, watch the carbs and try to get them a little lower, I suspect you may see an increase in your losses. (Just a suggestion) Keep up the good work.
