I'm satisfied with a 1.5 lb loss. I overate red meats this past week, hope to eat more fish this coming week.
Saturday was a challenge going to a party, but ate my dinner at home and did not eat or drink anything while there. This is a temporary situation until I can feel in control. I understand the significance of socializing with food. Need some time to build my confidence and self control.
Thursday I start my travel for a month. Oh boy, I have to navigate eating all my meals out. Can't tell if I'm eager or terrified.

251.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
