ok --So I weigh the same thing I did last month, but while I'd like to be losing, I'm actually rather relieved and pleased to find that I didn't GAIN more. May through the first weekend of June was full of family celebrations and vacation days, so it's been a good learning period that will be useful later. When I wasn't partying, I stuck to my eating plan, and that held my weight steady. Now I need to get cracking this month and drop a few pounds.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You are doing well. I am in the same boat. I have not really gained alot or loss, because I have been distracted by holidays and life. How about we both stick to it this month and lose some weight!:) PS You have done really well. 54 lbs lost is super.

Thanks, ladies. I really got back on track today. I realized that I hadn't been cooking enough the past couple of weeks with all the family stuff. I've got one more party this week -- a group of women from my former workplace are all going for dim sum. It's all we can afford because several of us are now un- or under-employed. So that will be my splurge meal for this week, and I'll tow the line the rest of the time. I have my next MD appointment the first week of July -- when I celebrate my first FS anniversary, so I'm hoping that I will be a few pounds lighter than when I went in in March. Thanks again for the encouragement.
