Was up from 10pm til 3:30am this morning; but, I got a bunch of stuff done - washed two sinks of dishes, and did all my daily "stuff" that is on my To Do List (atomic goals, FatSecret, prayer, etc. So, today, my VERY ambitious (for me) goal is to vacuum my whole house!

"Had to" have some cereal at about 2am, so that gave me a large calorie count for breakfast, since I just had my Dave's Killer Good Seed bread with Butter, too. Going to try to limit the snacking today.
257.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 107.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Business makes the time fly by 😊 I find if I'm going to go over, it's the snacks that get me, especially the afternoon sugar at the office to try to jolt myself back into productivity. Best of luck sticking to it! You got this! 👍
