Thought I'd done ok this week, but the scales say otherwise!! :-((
178.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

You can be on plan 100% and still see a gain. Many things can effect the scale and mask our loss for the week. Exercise, hormones, sodium, medications, stress, etc and more can all effect the scale. Google "why the scale lies" for insight. Sometimes we don't see the effects of this week till next week or later. Just stick with it and the scale will eventually catch up.
