Had a bad week of eating far too much fat & not enough exercise; but I'm letting myself off the hook because my daughter celebrated her 18th birthday! Time to get back on the band wagon & kick it up a few notches!
168.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
