Christmas indulgences. Uggh.
I’m going on vacation to Mt Zion National Park in Utah, and then a few days in Vegas. I’ll join back up here when I get home. I’m looking forward to spending a week with my daughter and her family. I’ll try to manage my food the best I can. I’ll get back to my woe on Jan 7th.
