143.5 and 10.7% BF .. New lows, which I'm sure I will bounce off of, but I wanted to record it for posterity! I would not have made it this far but for this site and the great community. THANK YOU!!

Now it's time to switch gears from a focus on weight loss to a focus on fitness .. and I'll be reporting on other kinds of milestones .. like today: 1 hour rowing!!!

It is BRRRRR cold here, and is supposed to snow a bit over the next couple of days, and my yard and gutters are blanked with leaves from the last oak that just finished shedding. I don't know when/how I will deal with it! Some day I'm moving to a condo where I don't have to deal with this kind of stuff.
