Well, I guess I should be happy that I'm down 1 lb in 2 weeks when 1.5 of those weeks involved a vacation for which I forgot to pack a significant portion of my self control. OK .. back on track now and still hoping to make my goal by mid-August.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
