That is great news Erq

Thanks so much liv! It's going to be a long road back. Jelly-old lady arms and weak legs. Added bonus...six more months until my arm is completely straight. Lots of work ahead 😃.

You’ve done great! I’m a retired OT and a lot of people are not willing to do the work it takes to recover ROM and strength.

Quest4, thank you. My therapist had never had a client put her homework on a spreadsheet before. Still going to use it for all those treatment exercises I plan to continue as well.

Slowly build up your strength. It's wonderful to lift with arms again. I was unable to lift even 1# with double repetitive motion work injuries. Took 9 months to break scar tissues in elbow capsules and rebuild with therapy. You're doing GREAT!!! KEEP GOING!!!

CynthiaDeal, as you know it isn't easy. My complete elbow dislocation was Aug. 26th and surgery was on Sept. 3rd. Didn't start therapy until the end of Oct. It was so painful at first, again, as you know. Still have to wear a straightening brace for at least two hours a day. Thank you 😊
