Thank you, LC and Tai! This was sooo delicious!! This is marinated kale, chickpeas, toasted pine nuts, sun dried tomatoes, and Aldi’s black bean chipotle veggie burger with sriracha. It was thrown together in a minute and gobbled up even faster. 🤗
