Not been on here for quite a while, but my weight is staying steady. I did want to put some weight on, but tbh I am happy as I am. I am looking forward to endulging over the holiday period, but will stick to my low carb woe, as I don't want to feel uncomfortable because I have eaten rubbish. I want to wish all on here a very merry christmas and happy new year, enjoy but don't destroy 😊
