Well I have now finished moving into my house, just the big unpack to do. My friends treated me to pizza and chips last night in celebration and to be honest I was shattered from lifting all those boxes, so cooking wasn't an option. So to have list a lb after pizza is an achievement in my book!

Well I need to stop this upward trend. I keep eating my emotions, which is my coping mechanism. I am going to try and reign it in now. I will be completing on my house today (my biggest stress of late!), I have a job interview this afternoon 🤞 and life is getting really positive. So no excuses now, I just need to concentrate on my hunger signals and only eat when my body tells me to and not eat for the sake of it.

Had a major bout of hayfever that triggered a cold and chest infection, I can either breathe or eat, been choosing breathing in the main 🤣, now I'm on the mend, I hope my eating stays steady.
