Well I have been really good, I am not fully mobile yet, my walking is still quite slow, but I don't think that this is the reason for my weight slowly but surely creeping up. I have checked my eating and I am satisfied that I am keeping within my limits, so not exactly sure what is going on. I did, however, purchase a push bike yesterday, so hope to be going out on that (weather permitting) when my feet are a bit better and you never know, that may just do the trick. I am determined to stop this creep before it becomes a daunting task to get rid of the extra weight.
